It is the primary way that yoga’s ancient sages have offered their teachings for thousands of years\, since the time of the Upanishads. Swamiji continues this age-old tradition by sharing the depth and breadth of yoga’s timeless teachings in this free program. \n\nThis program is open to everyone.  Blankets and chairs will be provided.  \n\nDonations will be requested\, but are not required.
